I had hoped to be over it by now, but I'm still in full retreat mode. I just want to curl up at home (mine or B's) and hide from the world. Watch television, read a book, surf the net, play cards: anything that doesn't involve interaction with anyone other than B or my immediate family. But instead, I'm going to go out tonight and watch a friend's brother's band play.

Maybe.

I'm okay. I had a couple of days where I felt like every conversation resulted in me saying something I shouldn't have said to that particular person, which led to a desire to not talk to people. Plus, I'm getting behind in school-related things, and so I'm avoiding people who might place more school-related demands on me. But I'm basically okay, and I'll get over the avoidance thing soon. It's cyclical.

Thanks for checking on me. How are you doing?

I have way too much work to do and every time I turn around, people keep throwing more onto me. I'm feeling kind of burnt out. I could use a miracle right now; i.e. less work.

Can't wait to be done.

I perhaps am too much of a push over. And a great procrastinator.

I'll have 16 credits at the end of this semester. I think I'll audit a course next semester, but I'll be done at Christmas.

I feel done. Mentally. ;)

Yes, we should definitely get together and do something sometime. (Gosh, isn't that specific?)

Maybe we could even aim to do something before the holidays (and the subsequent hibernation-because-of-cold). Or after the holidays, once you're all done. That could work too.
