onefixedstarWe went to visit another apartment today. Nice place--enough light and space and storage to keep us both happy, for less than I'm paying now and more than I'd hoped to pay. It's not quite as nice as the place I have now--no air conditioning or on-site cardio room--but it's only three minutes away from the department. The application forms, sadly, are long and complicated and require information that I'm uncomfortable giving (my current bank balance) and that I'm going to outright refuse to give (my SIN). So we'll see what happens. If this works, I'll next have to try and arrange for movers, the elevator, and figure out what I'm going to do with my stuff between the 31st and the 1st.
